Antonio Conte is mentally pushing his Inter Milan side to reach the winter break in Serie A at the top of the league.
The Nerazzurri are a point clear on the standings after Juventus drew at home to Sassuolo last Sunday while they beat Spal.
Inter will host Roma who have found the positive end of the news in recent times due to their on and off the pitch activities in a week 15 tie on Friday.
The team will look to make the most of four matches before mid-season including the Roma game with their success hanging proudly on the dynamic duo of Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku.
‘We will try to get to Christmas in the best possible state,’ Conte said at a press conference. ‘Sure, Roma are on great form at the moment.
‘There are still four games left of this period, we will do it with our chests out, knowing what our strengths and weaknesses are. No time to cry and hide. We must do our best.
‘Roma deserve compliments, they have a competitive organisation made up by experienced players and very interesting talent.’
